Dear Parents,

I would like to take this opportunity to WELCOME YOU BACK, and wish you the best for the upcoming year. We will once again be serving both Breakfast and Lunch this year. These are our serving times:  Breakfast is served from 7:30 am to 8:30 AM;  Lunch is served from 11:05 to 11:35 for grades K, 1 & 2, 11:40 to 12:10 for grades 3, 4, 5 & 6. I hope this is a help to you in planning your child's day.

Please note the cost of our meals are, Breakfast $1, Lunch $2, Milk $0.35, Snacks $0.35. 

Parents please remember ALL LUnch money MUST be in an envelope with your child's name and grade on it. You may pay by the day, week, month, and 1/2 year or year. PLEASE put your child's FULL NAME and grade, and how many lunches you are paying for on it. If you are paying for more than 1 child put each child's information on the envelope. This will ensure that the correct family receives the credit. Should you decide to prepay by check, please make the check payable to St. Mary's Academy. If you pay by the week, month or 1/2 year, and your child is absent at any time, the money will be carried over, from  week to week for you.

Once again this year we are offering a special to anyone who prepays for their child/children's breakfast or lunch by the 1/2 or year.  Instead of paying $1 for breakfast and $1.75 for lunch, you will be paying$0.90 for breakfast and $1.65 for lunch. 

Prepayment for the year - $162/child for breakfast and $342/child for lunch
Prepayment for the half year - $81/child for breakfast and $171/child for lunch

If your child has a food allergy, we will make every effort to accommodate his or her special needs. Written documentation by the child's physician must be kept on file in the nurse's office as mandated by the State Education Department.
